All tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of a festival cancellation.
2. Event Cancellation
If the festival is canceled, ticket holders will be eligible for:
* A full refund, or
* The option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date (if applicable).
3. Ticket Transfers
Tickets are transferable to another person; however:
* Tickets must not be sold through unauthorised platforms or third-party sellers.
* PALOP Festival is not responsible for invalid tickets purchased outside our official outlets.
4. Force Majeure
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
* Extreme weather conditions
* Government restrictions
* Natural disasters
* Other unforeseen circumstances
5. Digital Tickets
All tickets are digital and managed through the See Tickets Wallet app.
